Quick answers about matching, privacy, and how to get the most out of DuoCam.

Getting started

DuoCam runs entirely in your browser — there is nothing to download and nothing to install. Open the site, allow camera and microphone access when your browser asks, and press Start Matching. Matching is free to begin, and you do not need to fill in a long form before your first call.

How matching works

You are paired with a woman who is online right now. Both cameras are on: this is a genuine two-way cam to cam chat, not a one-way broadcast. If the conversation is not for you, press Next and you will be matched again. Neither side needs to explain why they left.

Camera and microphone problems

If the other person cannot see or hear you, check three things in order. First, your browser may be blocking access — look for a camera icon in the address bar and set it to Allow, then reload. Second, another app may already be using the camera (video call apps and screen recorders are the usual culprits); close it and reload. Third, if you are on a slow connection, try switching from Wi-Fi to a wired connection or moving closer to the router.

What verification means

Every woman on the platform completes a live camera check before she can go live, and profiles are monitored by human moderators. Verification exists to protect you: it makes bots, fake profiles and pre-recorded streams far harder to run here than on open roulette sites. If you ever doubt that a stream is live, use the Report button.

Privacy inside a call

Calls run peer-to-peer over WebRTC with DTLS-SRTP encryption and are not recorded on our side. Your viewing history is not shown to the women you talk to or to other users, and you can leave any call at any moment. Full detail is in our privacy policy.

Blocking and reporting

Every call has Skip, Block and Report. Blocking prevents that person from being matched with you again. Reporting sends the session to moderators; reports are confidential. For anything urgent, follow up at [email protected].

Payments and extras

Matching and public chat are free. Private rooms, tips and gifts are optional extras and always show their price before you confirm — nothing is charged silently. If a charge looks wrong, email support with the date and, if you have it, the order reference.

Managing your account

You can browse DuoCam without an account at all. If you have one, you can change your profile details or delete the account at any time — deletion removes your profile data. If you would rather just disappear quietly, delete the account rather than simply logging out.
