What DuoCam collects, what we never share, and how your cam to cam sessions stay private — in plain language, not legalese.

What this policy covers

DuoCam is a live cam to cam chat platform: two people, both cameras on, in a private room. That format shapes everything about how we handle data — because the whole point of a two-person room is that nobody else is in it. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

If you just browse: almost nothing. You can open DuoCam, see who is online and look around without creating an account. We still receive standard technical data any website receives — IP address, browser type, device type — because that is how a server answers a request.

If you start chatting: a lightweight account is created for you so the person on the other side is talking to a real, identifiable user rather than an anonymous stranger. That account holds a username and basic profile fields. We do not ask for your real name, and we do not require a phone number to start.

If you pay for extras: payment is processed by our payment providers. Card details go to them, not to us — we only receive a confirmation and the status of the order.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your viewing history with the women you talk to, and we do not publish it anywhere on the platform. When you leave a show, it stays left.

We do not record your cam to cam calls. Calls run peer-to-peer over WebRTC with DTLS-SRTP encryption, and nothing about the video is stored on our servers. A private room closes when the call ends.

We do not ask you to verify your age with a credit card, and nothing renews on its own. Anything that costs money is priced before you confirm it.

Verification and the women on DuoCam

Every woman on the platform passes a live-photo check before her profile can go live — she is asked to match a specific pose on camera, and a human moderator reviews it. That check is a safety feature: it keeps bots, recycled photos and pre-recorded streams off your screen. Verification images are used for that review only, are restricted to the moderation team, and are not shown to users.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies to keep you logged in and to remember preferences like your language. We also use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages work and which do not. You can block cookies in your browser at any time; the site will keep working, though you may need to log in again more often.

Your choices and controls

You can browse without an account. You can block and report anyone, at any time, from inside a call. You can delete your account and we will remove your profile data. If you want to know what is stored about you, or want it corrected or erased, write to us and we will answer.

How long we keep data

Account data stays while your account is open and is removed when you delete it. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security and abuse investigation, then discarded. We do not keep call recordings, because we do not make them.

Age

DuoCam is strictly for adults. You must be 18 or older to use the platform, and we block access behind an age confirmation. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, it is removed.
