Community Guidelines
How we keep cam to cam chat safe: every woman verified on camera, every room moderated, and a report button that works.
The short version
DuoCam works because two real people are on camera at the same time. Everything below exists to protect that one fact. Treat the person on the other side as a person, and you will not have any trouble here.
Everyone on camera is verified
Every woman on DuoCam passes a live camera check before her profile goes live, and human moderators review streams. That means the face on the thumbnail is the face on the cam — no bots, no recycled photo sets, no pre-recorded loops pretending to be live. If you ever suspect a stream is not live, report it; that is exactly what the button is for.
Consent is not optional
Recording, screenshotting or re-streaming anyone on DuoCam is forbidden, in either direction. You are in a private two-person room, and what happens there stays there. Do not pressure anyone into anything, do not keep pushing after a no, and do not ask someone to do something on camera that they have not offered. Both sides can end a call instantly — that is a feature, not an insult.
What gets an account closed
Anything involving someone under 18. Non-consensual recording or sharing. Threats, hate speech, or targeted harassment. Impersonation. Fraud — including asking users to pay off-platform by gift card or transfer, which is the most common scam in this category. Spam and advertising. Attempts to bypass moderation or the age gate.
What good behaviour looks like
Say hello like a person. Compliment the show rather than demanding something. React to what is actually happening on camera — real conversation gets answered far more often than copy-paste lines. If someone is not interested, move on with the Next button and let it be nothing.
Reporting and blocking
Every call has Skip, Block and Report built in. Reports are reviewed by moderators, and repeat offenders are removed. If something urgent happens — a threat, a suspected minor, an attempt at extortion — report it and then email [email protected] so it gets fast-tracked. Reports are confidential; the other person is not told who reported them.
Off-platform contact and payments
Anyone who wants to move a conversation to another app, or who asks you to pay for something outside DuoCam, is a scam risk. Payments made off-platform cannot be protected, refunded or investigated by us. Keep the conversation, and the payment, here.
